Welcome to Nanaimo Dachshunds! My name is Doris, and I have been a miniature dachshund lover/owner for over 30 years. It has always been my dream to breed funky coloured dachshunds, so that is what I am doing!
I love my pack, and our first priority is to make sure each and every pup we breed has a loving, furever home. I follow up and check in, to make sure the pup is fitting in nicely. I have accepted pups back, when the home isn’t working. One of those pups now has a loving home down the street from me, and another – who never found a new home – became one of our pack members.
Pet rescues are over run with homeless pets, therefore I make sure to do my part in not adding to that issue. I do encourage you to adopt, but if you have done your research, want a miniature dachshund puppy, and live nearby, a Nanaimo Dachshund might be right for you! You may have to be patient though, as we’ll only have a limited number of litters from our pack.
